Kevin Erickson
Two Decades at the Felt.
A Lifetime of Presence Cultivated.
I’m not a theorist. I’ve been a professional poker player for nearly two decades, with multiple WSOP final tables and countless hours in the highest-stakes cash games. But my most important victory wasn't for a bracelet. It was battling back from burnout, misdiagnosis, and my own emotional chaos. I was told I needed meds just to survive. I chose presence instead. I am living proof that this work is not only possible but transformative.
What I Believe
My philosophy is built on a few core, non-negotiable truths:
A equals A.
Reality is objective. Your feelings about it don't change it. True power comes from seeing things exactly as they are, without the filter of ego or fear.
Your body is the diagnostic tool.
This is where we move beyond just talking. We use proven techniques—somatic awareness, breathwork, and mental reframing—to regulate your nervous system. You will learn how to process emotions in real-time so they no longer control you.
Presence is the ultimate edge.
The ability to be fully in the present moment, free from the noise of the past or future, is the only advantage that cannot be copied, coached away, or figured out by a solver.
You are your own mirror.
All lasting change comes from unflinching self-honesty. My role isn't to give you answers, but to hold up a clear mirror so you can find your own.
How I Infuse This Work
These beliefs aren't just concepts; they are the foundation of everything I create.
In my Present journal, I explore these truths through the lens of daily life, sharing unfiltered signals as they arise.

In my Poker content, I analyze the game not just strategically, but as a laboratory for applying these principles under pressure.

In my Coaching, we do the deep work of using these ideas as tools to actively rewire your internal state for sustainable, peak performance.
"Kevin has a rare ability to act as a clear mirror for your own patterns. He cuts through the noise and gets to the core of what's holding you back, not just as a poker player, but as a person. The work we did went far beyond strategy—it was about rebuilding my presence from the ground up. He’s the real deal."
